Journey With Us Through the Four Mystical Worlds of Creation
A Jewish holiday workshop-gathering for participants looking for creative, mindful, and personalized Jewish learning and practice. This event incorporates meditation, movement, art expression, and ritual. Open to participants of all backgrounds and genders.

The program will include:

– A special hand-washing ritual before the meal

– Guided meditation

– An interactive seder meal created specially for this holiday which will include a feast of fruits and nuts that are traditionally eaten for Tu BiShevat

– Tree of Vision Exercise which will include writing and creative art expression

We’ll end the program with the short and sweet ceremony of Havdalah marking the conclusion of our gathering and the transition of holy time through wine, fire and spices

No prior meditation experience or artistic skills necessary. Bring an open heart and an open mind.

The meal will include nuts. If you have nut allergies please contact Rabbi Sarah with any questions.
